Ghost hunting and parapsychology in general tends to gather, in my mind, a lot of freaks. Most "Ghost Hunters" as we are sometimes called are exactly as you would picture......Off the wall goofy!!! I'm the photographer and webmaster for PKEI, and yet I cant actually say that I have seen a "Ghost" with my own eyes. I have been able to capture things that are for sure, unexplainable. After I took the picture of my first "ectoplasm" I spent the next year trying to debunk my own picture. I looked at radon pockets, possible fog in the area and I looked at camera malfunction. Well, radon is an invisible odorless gas, there was no fog, I couldn’t see my breath and I wasn't smoking. Every picture before and after that was fine. All I am saying is, that there are a lot of people in this field that tend to be stupid when it comes to skeptics, non-believers. Not me. I can’t say with 100% certainty that ghosts exist. I do know that I have felt things, and sensed things. Who knows, my imagination goes wild every time I'm onsite doing research. Every time feels new, and yes, I get a little nervous sometimes. When I took that picture of the "ecto" I almost pissed myself when I saw the image in the viewfinder. Have fun doing your thing out there and come to your own conclusions. Try and not let your peers and others in the paranormal community make you somebody that your not.
