- Don't
go alone, always use the buddy rule.
- Never
trespass on private or posted property, without permission from the
owners/authorities.
- No
Smoking
- If
you become scared during an investigation, Leave! Come back
another day and the next time, bring backup.
- Verify
location, check equipment and get a game plan BEFORE you get to the
site. There's nothing worse than getting to a haunted location
and realizing your camera batteries are dead.
- Bring
extra gear. On more than one occasion we have gotten to a site
and had mysterious equipment failure.
- Keep
your thoughts positive or at the very least open to your environment.
We at PKEI feel that if spirits know that your scared they might take
advantage of that.
- DO
NOT BRING OUIJA BOARDS, A SEANCE CREW, OR OTHER REDICULOUS CRAP TO
AN INVESTIGATION. SAVE THAT FOR YOUR SLEEP OVER PARTIES AND
HALLOWEEN.
- Generally,
you cannot help a ghost. You can advise them to move on, but don't
waste more than about ten minutes discussing this.
- HAVE
A GOOD TIME.
